How to Make Buena Park Bail
Orange County's Superior Court of California determines Buena Park bail amounts. If your loved one is in a Buena Park jail, you will pay the Buena Park bail that the Superior Court schedules.
Scheduled Buena Park bail applies to misdemeanors and to felonies. Buena Park bail for misdemeanors are often low enough for you to pay out of your pocket, if you even have to do that. Many judges allow defendants out of jail on their own recognizance for misdemeanors.
If the authorities are accusing your loved one of felony, the schedule for Buena Park bail allows for higher Buena Park bail amounts. If the courts accuse your loved one of voluntary manslaughter due to vehicular negligence, the scheduled Buena Park bail is $100,000.
Many people do not have enough cash to pay a $100,000 Buena Park bail. If you cannot pay a high Buena Park bail, you can request a Buena Park bail hearing in which you ask the judge to lower the bail or to release your loved one on his or her own recognizance.
If the judge grants your request, you will not have to pay the Buena Park bail and the one you love will be free. The drawback to this is that it can be days before the judge hears your request, all of which time, your loved one will be in jail.
Alternatively, if you do not have the $100,000 for necessary Buena Park bail and if you do not want your loved one to be in jail waiting for a hearing, you can retain a Buena Park bail bond agent to post the Buena Park bail.
A bail bond agent such as 1st Class Bail Bonds will post bail for your loved one when you pay a premium.
