Our Southern California Bail Bond Specialities

At 1st Class Bail Bonds, handling large bail amounts, collateral bonds, outstanding warrants and PC 1275 motions are our specialties.

Large Bail Bonds from $100,000 to Several Million.
Arranging complex transactions with multiple properties and indemnitors is one of our specialties. For high jail bail bond amounts, you may need several people acting as indemnitors, helping to secure the surety bond. Our Southern California bail bond agents have the knowledge and expertise to put these transactions together with the least amount of inconvenience to you. Collateral such as property is always required on bonds that are $100,000 or more, but we do offer many payment options for taking care of the bail premium.

Pre-Arrest Arrangements for Warrants (Southern California Only)
Whether for a misdemeanor or felony charge, outstanding warrants can also be resolved. We can help you take care of a warrant with the least amount of inconvenience possible. In many situations, we can appear with the individual at the court and post the surety bond, so that the person can avoid being taken into custody and placed under arrest

As another option, the person with a warrant may decide to turn themselves in and then post bail to be released from jail. We can make the bail bond process a smooth one. We'll meet the individual at a local police department that we know has a relatively quick booking and release procedure. Once the individual with the warrant turns himself or herself in and is booked, we post the bail bond and arrange a new court date. Within a short time the person is released and we give them their new court date.

Note: This is general information about pre-arrest warrants. Please call any of our bail bond agents at 1st Class Bail Bonds to discuss your specific needs, whether collateral bonds will be needed. We'll answer your bail bond questions and then help you handle whatever warrant or arrest situation you're facing.

PC 1275 Motions
For certain types of charges, a PC 1275 motion must be made before the court to prove that the money being used for the bail bond process did not come from illegal means. We have bail bond agents who specialize in these motions and have a very high success rate of getting the motion approved.

Southern California Bail Bonds, Especially for Los Angeles and Orange Counties
We focus on serving Los Angeles County and Orange County bailbonds, but can help guide people through the bail bond process anywhere in the state. We know Southern California bail bond law. No matter where you are in California, our experienced bail bond agents can help you secure your friend or loved one's release from jail.
