Professional Bail Agents of the United States (PBUS)

Professional Bail Agents of the United States works to advance the bail bond profession by working with state associations through legislative advocacy, professional networking, education, support for bail agents’ certification, enhanced liability insurance and the development of a code of ethics.

California Bail Agents Association (CBAA)

California Bail Agents Association, founded in 1979 by an assembly of California bail agents to protect the interests of the bail bond profession against pending legislature at the time, has evolved into a professional association that promotes the professionalism of the industry and represents the interests of California bail agents at the local, state and federal levels.
